Given the sensitive nature of employment contracts and the potential for retaliation by carriers against drivers who share internal documents, Ikarus Scheme operates on a “Zero-Retention” policy for submission metadata.
The “Clean Room” Approach
If you submit a contract for analysis (future feature), the document is processed for text extraction and immediately purged. We do not store PDFs. We do not store names. We do not store DOT numbers associated with driver profiles.
Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal local storage for site functionality (e.g., remembering your place in the scorecard). We do not sell browsing data to recruiters or lead-generation agencies. You will not receive “Job Offer” emails as a result of visiting this site.
